Turquoise Hexagon Cybernetics LTD ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "A Game About Blocks" iOS application (the "App").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information or user data through the App.

Information collection and use

The App does not collect any user data, including but not limited to:

• Personal information such as name, email address, or contact details.
• Usage data such as device information, operating system version, or app usage statistics.
• Gameplay data such as scores, stars, level progress, settings, or anything else you produce by playing the App.

Data processing

Your progress (highest level unlocked, best star score per level, sound on/off) is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. It never leaves the device. We operate no servers.

The App makes no outbound network requests as part of its core functionality.

Third-party services

The App may integrate with third-party platforms operated by Apple Inc. for the purpose of distribution. We do not share any user data with these services beyond what is strictly required for the feature you have explicitly enabled.

Purchase of applications via Appstores

The purchase of our apps is done via special online platforms operated by other service providers (so-called "appstores"). In this context, the data protection notices of the respective appstores apply in addition to our data protection notices. This applies in particular with regard to the methods used on the platforms for web analytics and for interest-related marketing as well as possible costs.

• Processed data types: Inventory data (e.g. names, addresses); Payment Data (e.g. bank details, invoices, payment history); Contact data (e.g. e-mail, telephone numbers); Contract data (e.g. contract object, duration, customer category); Usage data (e.g. websites visited, interest in content, access times); Meta, communication and process data (e.g. IP addresses, time information, identification numbers, consent status); Content data (e.g. text input, photographs, videos).
• Data subjects: Customers. Users (e.g. website visitors, users of online services).
• Purposes of Processing: Provision of contractual services and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Marketing.
• Legal Basis: Legitimate Interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Your choices

You can reset all locally stored progress at any time from inside the App's Settings (gear icon on the title screen → Reset Progress). Uninstalling the App also removes everything it has stored.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As we collect no personal information at all, no specific provision is necessary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the effective date at the top.
