Turquoise Hexagon Cybernetics LTD ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Reminder Sync for Obsidian application (the "App").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information or user data through the App.

Information Collection and Use

The App does not collect any user data, including but not limited to:

• Personal information such as name, email address, or contact details
• Usage data such as device information, operating system version, and app usage statistics
• Files or content created, stored, or accessed through the App

Data Processing

All processing of user files, content, or data happens locally on the user's device. We do not upload, store, or process any user data on our servers.

Tasks identified by the App in the user's selected files are added to the user's macOS Reminders.

Third-party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services or platforms for the purpose of providing additional features or functionality. However, we do not share any user data with third-party services without explicit user consent.

Purchase of applications via Appstores

The purchase of our apps is done via special online platforms operated by other service providers (so-called “appstores”). In this context, the data protection notices of the respective appstores apply in addition to our data protection notices. This applies in particular with regard to the methods used on the platforms for webanalytics and for interest-related marketing as well as possible costs.

Content data (e.g. text input, photographs, videos).

• Purposes of Processing: Provision of contractual services and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Marketing.
• Legal Basis: Legitimate Interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
